Has anyone else been watching this current fantasy tv series? Its turning out to be sooo good.  I really like the main character, Emma Swan.  She's vulnerable but kickass too.  And the flashbacks to the "fantasy era times" are really well done.  The show has an actual budget to be able to pull off the magic and special effects.  I heard it just got picked up for a full season. :)

We have only watched the first two.  I think the Evil Queen is fabulous.  Perfectly cast, she does a wonderful job.

I will say that I was a little disappointed with Maleficent.  But then, I have such a clear vision of her from Sleeping Beauty that I think I would have been tough to please regardless.  She just didn't have the malice in her. 

Lots of elements to like in this show, the cast is nice all around, glad it got picked up.

Love the show, even though I'm already behind. Plan on watching the rest tomorrow. I kept getting distracted by the fact the lead girl was on House.
